Ganesh Chaturthi

Today is a very auspicious day. Today is Ganesh Chaturthi. Let me narrate a story about Ganesha.

Ganesha's birth: One day, Lord Parvati was taking bath but, all the time Lord Shiva used to come in. She got very annoyed and sent Nandi telling not to let ANYONE inside. But, Nandi still allowed Shiva inside so, she got verrrrrry annoyed and started applying sandle wood paste on her body. Using the remaining paste, she made a cute little Gana called Ganesha. She made the paste come alive.. It came alive more cute!! Parvati instructed Ganesha not to let ANYONE inside. Again, Shiva wanted to come inside but, Ganesha did not allow that to happen. Shiva got very furious and started a fight with Ganesha. At the end, Ganesha got BEHEADED! Parvati was shocked and furious at Shiva. Shiva was upset for Parvati. He instructed His Ganas to fetch the first animal head that they see on their way. They first saw an elephant 🐘 and got it's head & brought it back to Shiva. They fixed the head and Ganesha was looking very very cute. Parvati was very happy.

All Gods gave Ganesha magical boons and said he would be 'Vigna Vinashaka' the remover of obstacles. I pray to him as I start out my Blogging journey.
